Pre Sale Questions

You do not need to be a member to place an order on JfmAccessories, but you can get additional discounts by becoming a member. If you want to become a member, you can start your membership by clicking on the My Account icon.

JfmAccessories membership is completely free.

If you want to add a new product after completing your order, please leave me a message and I will get back to you for the product you want to add. You can cancel your orders within 24 hours and place a new order.

They are prepared within 4-5 days. All shipments are made by Express Cargo and the delivery time is 3-5 days after delivery. When your orders are shipped, information will be sent to your e-mail address. Please check the accuracy of the contact information you entered in the customer information section.

The estimated delivery time is 10 days. When your order is shipped, you will be notified to your registered contact information.

Shipping fee belongs to the buyer.

To track your cargo status, I will share your Shipentegra cargo tracking number, which I also use in my ETSY shop, so you will have access to up-to-date information about your cargo.

It is sufficient that the delivery address you provide for your order is correct and that there is a person at your address to receive the cargo at the time of delivery.
